Position Summary:

ABC Imaging is currently seeking a Scanning Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in document scanning, proficient in handling both small and large documents with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate high-speed scanning equipment to digitize documents.

- Ensure the accurate scanning of both small and large documents, maintaining high-quality standards.

- Organize and prepare documents for scanning, including sorting and removing staples or bindings as necessary.

- Monitor scanning progress and troubleshoot any issues with the equipment.

- Perform quality checks on scanned documents to ensure clarity and completeness.

- Maintain an organized digital filing system for easy retrieval of scanned documents.

- Collaborate with team members to improve scanning processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Scanning Operator or similar role.

- Experience with scanning both small and large documents.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- Familiarity with scanning software and equipment.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
