Position Summary:
ABC Imaging is currently seeking an experienced Billing Assistant who can become an integral member of our team. Under the general direction of the assigned manager, the incumbent will provide assistance to various department heads.
*EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN EXCEL IS A MUST*
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Composes reports and correspondence containing decisions of the designated manager.
- Creates estimates using excel
- Writing Job workflows in our job ticketing system
- Updating workflows as they evolve and change
- Prepare the final billing lines in our job ticketing system for invoicing
- Work closely with the invoicing team to invoice jobs
- Help coordinate and track FedEx shipments
- Provide proof of delivery once items are delivered
- Help coordinate printing jobs
- Sort and read spreadsheets in excel
- Experience using both PC and Mac computers required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 – 4 years of experience in the field or related area
- Experience using PC and Mac computers
- Ability to work a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Excel is a must!
- Experience with job workflows
- Experience coordinating projects
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus
