Job Description

  • Delivers and picks-up packages and supplies between customers’ offices and ABC Imaging locations
  • Provides excellent customer service, maintains a professional manner
  • Speaks with customers to identify opportunities for repeat business
  • Obtains customer signatures; listen to & reports service complaints
  • Maintains a detailed and accurate delivery and mileage log
  • Communicates with dispatch via hands free radio and/or cell phone
  • Maintains a clean and reliable vehicle for use
  • Provides backup for production department and assists in moving ABC and customer equipment as needed
  • Follows all company and government safety rules and regulations

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 1 – 3 years direct driving/delivery experience
  • Must own reliable transportation with proof of insurance
  • Excellent knowledge of metropolitan area
  • Superior customer service ability
  • Good driving record with no violations
  • Ability to lift 70lbs frequently
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing focus.
