Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production workflows, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for color and quality.

Responsibilities:

- Write up job workflows and put into production.

    - Create production schedules.

    - Finishing experience

    - Good eye for color and quality.

    - Good communication skills.

    - Manage all projects from start to finish, making sure schedules and quality are maintained.

    - Managing production team and assigning work.
    - Manage packing for shipping.

    - Oversee shipping logistics and tracking of all deliverables.

    - Sourcing and qualifying new print materials

    - R&D for new projects, figuring out production process with very keen attention to detail and quality.

    - Must be a problem solver to solve problems that come up along the way.

    - Microsoft excel (Medium Level)

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).

    - Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role.

    - Strong leadership and team management skills.

    - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

    - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

    - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
